About Our Online Shop

This is a strictly TRADE only site and prices and quantities are set according. For this reason we have a minimum order value of   £200.00 before VAT.

Once Orders are placed they will not be despatched until we have telephoned you to confirm the order value and you have paid for the order in full.

In order to access the trade prices you will first need to register, after successful registration a confirmation email will be sent to your email address giving you a logon name and password. After which you will have full access to the trade prices. All prices will attract VAT at the rate of 17.5%.

Please navigate the site as you wish and use the buy buttons to add your selections into the shopping cart.

When you have finished, follow the instructions to confirm the order. The order will then be sent to our server. We will then confirm back to you by telephone the products available, and the total invoice value including VAT   and delivery.  If you pay by Debit or Credit card (Credit cards attract a finance charge of 2.5%) goods will be despatched immediately.  If you pay by Cheque we will not be able to despatch the goods until the cheque has cleared (normally 4 days after banking).

Orders within the UK will be sent Carriage Free. Orders outside the UK will be sent by standard carrier and we will advise of the cost at the time of payment. For a guide to our delivery cost please see our section entitled delivery cost under our terms and conditions page
