    FAQs

    Q1. What is the minimum order at Gifts Galore?

    A1. The minimum order value is £200 exclusive of VAT.

    Q2. Do your prices include VAT?

    A2. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

    Q3. Where can I see your prices?

    A3. To enable you to view prices you must first register on the site. This process only takes a couple of minutes, you will be able to view prices right away, and we do not share your details with anyone else.

    Q4. Do I need a user name and password?

    A4. Yes, your own user name and password will be assigned when you register.

    Q5. How much will it cost me to have my order delivered?

    A5. Orders within the UK are sent ‘carriage free’. Orders outside the UK will be sent by Standard Carrier and we will advise you of the cost at the time of payment.

    Q6. What methods of payment do Gifts Galore accept?

    A6. We accept cheques, (goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared, normally 4 days after banking). Debit and Credit cards are accepted, though Credit Cards do attract a finance charge of 2.5%. Please do not send cash through the post as we cannot be held responsible if it is lost or stolen.

    Q7. Do I have to make an appointment if I would like to visit your showroom?

    A7. No, not normally. Our usual opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, We also open every first & third Sunday of every month (9-12-30) & till 8 on every first & third Thursday of every month.*we close on Sundays that follow or precede a Bank Holiday)

    We do close the warehouse for approximately 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period, but are willing to open by appointment if necessary.

    Q8. How long will I have to wait to receive my order?

    A8. Once payment for your order is received/cleared, your order will be despatched via our National Carrier service, to be received normally within 48 hours.

    Q9. What do we do about any damaged/broken items?

    A9. All breakages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. Full credit will be given in the form of a credit note for all agreed claims, this may be used against your next order.

    Q10. Are all products advertised, always in stock?

    A10. We endeavour to maintain stock levels at all times, however, due to order levels we are sometimes unable to send all items. When/if this happens, you will be sent all available items and any balance placed on a back order. Be assured, we would only charge you for items we were able to send you!
