1.) Minimum order Value £200

2.) Ownership does not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full

3.) All damages shortages or breakages must be reported to us within 7 days of recipt of order

4.) Full credit in the form of a credit note will be allowed for all agreed claims, this may be used against the next order.

5.) We do not guarantee to supply all the items ordered, but will make every effort to suggest reasonable alternatives before despatch.

6.) All goods are supplied on a proforma basis, you will only be charged for items that are picked and waiting despatch.

7.) All prices quoted are net of VAT.

8.) All prices are subject to change without notice.

9.) Orders cancelled after despatch will be subject to reasonable costs.
